I have been attempting to do two things:

I wish to directly learn more about this world, so I assume going to an establishment of learning would be useful, but I am unsure where.

Secondly, I am attempting to join the "Super Junior League", but I have not a last name, and apparently they won't accept "Bujin Hirume Ex Machina" as a valid entry.

::You can find Hirume and/or her robotic thralls at a booth in a third lot near Setsu and Vidya's lots and booths. It seems the city likes to shove these inconvenient foreigners over here.::

Well, at SAI we run programs for those from other dimensions who are settling on Earth to help them better understand this dimension, it's customs, people ect.

Otherwise you could also look at the Duel College or other colleges in the city if there's anything specific you wish to learn about.

And I guess the best thing to do with the second part is to choose a last name that sounds plausible.

I understand Dueling, and I wish to know more about this world, so it would be the best place for socialization and knowing people, no, little Aegis?

That was essentially what I was asking, if there was a place of learning I could go to.

Yeah there's plenty of options around the city for you to join and learn from, like the ones I've mentioned.
The city also has a library with plenty of books about human culture and history.

I'm sure you'll find one you like eventually!
